Water Board Rivierenland is dedicated to ensuring safe dikes, a balanced water system, and high-quality water. To support these critical functions, we are developing a comprehensive Project and Assets Management Portal using SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365. These portals will streamline project management, enhance asset tracking, and improve collaboration across the organization.
Objectives
- Centralized Project Management: Create a unified platform for managing all projects, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations and internal standards.
- Efficient Asset Management: Track and manage documentation of assets related to water quality, dike safety, and wastewater treatment.
- Enhanced Collaboration: Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.

- Project Sites: Dedicated sites for each (type of) project, structured with the internal standards and project methodologies for comprehensive project management.
- Document Management: Centralized repository for storing and sharing project documents, ensuring version control and easy access.
- Search Hub: A central search hub to find all the project and assets documentation.
